Ching Yng Choi has been appointed in November 2010 to head the Asia representative office of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Her role is principally ambassadorial, raising awareness of Luxembourg as a fund domicile, and further promoting the UCITS brand in Asia.
Ching started her professional career with General Electric in Brussels, Bergen-op-Zoom and Paris.
She then moved to Luxembourg and joined MDO Services, the fund governance provider, where she was a risk manager.
She has a commercial engineering degree from UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve and took part of a student exchange program with Manchester University (Finance & International Business).
With the citizenships of Hong Kong and Belgium, Ching speaks Chinese, English and French.
