International representations
As Luxembourg investment funds are cross border products sold across Europe and the world, it is important for ALFI to stay in touch with the industry and decision-makers of our target markets.
ALFI’s Brussels office enables the industry to share practical insights with officials at the EU and from the Member States. Successful EU regulations are at the heart of Luxembourg’s success in Europe and globally, so fostering these close relationships is vital.
The ALFI Asia office has been representing the Luxembourg fund industry from Hong Kong in the world’s most vibrant market for five years. It communicates detailed information about the region, and is the focal point for ALFI’s efforts to talk to clients, opinion formers, business and government decision makers.
Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) is the agency for the development of the Luxembourg financial centre. It is a public-private partnership between the Luxembourg Government and the Luxembourg Financial Industry Federation (PROFIL) of which ALFI is an active member. Founded in 2008, its objective is to develop Luxembourg’s financial services industry and identify new business opportunities. ALFI is regularly participating in LFF’s financial missions abroad.
